Finishing Touch was started in 1981 by Robert and Lynn Entrekin in Orlando, Florida. Robert's family was involved in the automobile business for many years, and over time, he became well known for his ability to do very nice auto interior restoration work. After Robert and Lynn were married, they began to do more and more restoration work, and later had several employees and route trucks in the field doing work for many customers. During those years, the variety of products available to the restoration tech grew a great deal, and Lynn and Robert worked to always be on the "leading edge" with regards to the newest products, and the latest techniques for using those materials. Robert and Lynn soon began to train technicians around the country in the latest techniques for performing interior repair, and teaching them how to best utilize their skills in their own interior repair businesses.
As time passed, Finishing Touch developed its own line of interior repair materials and began selling those materials to interior restoration techs all over the United States. These days, that distribution of products has expanded to many countries around the world, as the word about Finishing Touch's service and products has spread. In 2006 Finishing Touch moved its product distribution warehouse to the Houston, Texas area. The Texas warehouse has allowed Finishing Touch to better serve customers from a more centrally located transportation hub with great success. Even though many years have passed since its beginning, Finishing Touch is still run with the same positive attitude toward fast service, excellent technical support, and top quality products that Robert and Lynn Entrekin had in the beginning. We are still, and always will be a company whose first concern is service to our customers.
