ORDER ACCEPTANCE: Possession of any of our published literature is not necessarily an offer to sell. Due to continuous improvement and addition of products, prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing is the price in effect when order is placed. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
SHIPPING: All orders shipped UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made. Shipping charges are determined once products are packaged, weighed and ready for shipping. Please call to confirm orders sent by fax or email that are requesting Express Delivery.
SAME DAY SHIPPING: All orders received by 2PM Central Standard Time will be shipped UPS Ground on the same day in most cases.
FREIGHT POLICY: Freight is FOB Waller TX with all freight charges billed to the customer. Shipments are made UPS Ground unless other arrangements are requested.
RETURNED GOODS: All sales are final. Material may not be returned without prior authorization. Only merchandise shipped in error or with manufacturing defects will be exchanged or refunded. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Finishing Touch reserves the right to charge for handling and restocking fees in the amount of 20% of invoice value. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
CLAIMS: Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 5 days after delivery.
BACK ORDERS: We will automatically back order material not shipped at time of the initial order.
WARRANTY: All products are warranted against defects. Any alteration, misuse, or incorrect application voids the warranty. Since specific applications are beyond our control, Finishing Touch cannot assume responsibility for any risks, liabilities, or patent infringements which may result from the use of these products. The customer is cautioned to thoroughly evaluate these products by his own tests prior to large scale utilization. See MSDS for safe handling procedures.
